Jim Corbett National Park is located in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand district and is part of Corbett Tiger Reserve. This national park is established in 1936 and is India’s oldest and most famous national park. First Project tiger was launched at this national park in 1973. The total area of Corbett National park is around 520 sq. km which comprises of river belts, grasslands, hills, and lakes. The amazing landscape and rich flora and fauna attract visitors from all over the world which makes Corbett and one of the most sought-after wildlife destinations.
Park can be explored through five designated gates also known as buffer zones and visitors can prebook their wildlife safari by 4×4 Jeeps or Canter. Morning and afternoon safari are available on all days and the duration of each safari is around 4 Hrs.
